Ron White, vooral bekend als medeoprichter van de Blue Collar Comedy Tour, treedt 24 augustus op in Boom Chicago (Amsterdam). De Blue Collar Comedy Tour was een mega succes in de Verenigde Staten (de tour duurde meer dan 6 jaar en ze brachten daarnaast een volledige film en televisieserie uit.) Ron schreef de New York Times bestseller 'I had the right to remain silent but I didn’t have the ability’ onder bijnaam 'Tater Salad’. Op het podium is Ron altijd te zien met drank en een rokende sigaar, typisch voor een Amerikaan uit de zuidelijke staten.
